Tamil-Telugu actress Ritu Varma who shot to fame with the commercially and critically acclaimed Telugu film Pelli Choopulu will soon appear as Dulquer Salmaan's heroine in a yet to be titled Tamil film. The film will mark the directorial debut of Desingh Periyasamy and Dulquer's fourth straight Tamil film.
 
"I signed the project recently. Dulquer is a really good performer and I'm excited to be working with him. Although it's too early to talk about the film or my character, I can say that I'm really looking forward to starting work on this film," Ritu told IANS. Ritu also has Vikram's Dhruva Natchathiram helmed by Gautham Menon in her kitty. Touted to be a romantic thriller, Dulquer Salmaan-Ritu Varma movie will go on the floor from October.
