The first look of UTV Motion Pictures and Red Chillies Entertainments Pvt Ltd., 'Chennai Express' was launched yesterday with all the fanfare befitting the highly anticipated release.

It was truly a star studded event graced by Shah Rukh Khan - Actor and Producer, Red Chillies Entertainments Pvt Ltd, Ronnie Screwvala - Managing Director, Disney UTV and Siddharth Roy Kapur - Managing Director - Studios, Disney UTV, Leading lady of the film Deepika Padukone and director Rohit Shetty.

The media was visually treated with good dose of entertainment. As music directors Vishal and Shekar strummed few tunes of 'Chennai Express', our B-town Baadshah too joined in with pretty Deepika by his side helping by holding the mike. Shah Rukh keeping true to his romantic side even did few jigs with his leading lady.

Talking about his association with Rohit Shetty, SRK made out the fact that this is the first time he is working with the director and it was fabulous to do a film with him as well as he has a fantastic team.

He also said that working in a Shetty's action film, everything is handled well and one feels safe in doing the action stunts. "It`s easier to do action in Rohit's film than doing a love song in any other film. I can actually think I can be an action hero, but only in his films," had remarked SRK during the media interaction. Shah Rukh also stated that Rohit writes film with different vision and that's what works for him perfectly. On an amusing note, Shah Rukh revealed that this is the first film where he noticed girls on shooting sets found the director to be more attractive than him!

On the other hand, Rohit stated that "Shah Rukh is a great actor and a superb person."

Incidentally this is UTV and Red Chillies first co-production collaboration. Before this, SRK and UTV have worked together on the iconic and critically acclaimed movie 'Swades', released in 2004.
