Veronica got engaged to Vishnu, in a grand engagement function, on 17th October at Hitex, Madhapur, in the presence of many prominent personalities of the political and cinema industry. On this occasion, the living legend of Avadhanam Dr. Madugula Nagaphani Sharma addressed the guests.

Vishnu is the son of senior hero Dr M Mohan Babu and Veronica is the daughter of Chief Minister of AP, Dr.YS Rajasekhar Reddy's brother YS Sudhakar Reddy's.

The nuptial day of 1st March, 2009 is scheduled to be the date for Vishnu –Veronica's wedding.
