Anjali GalleryAfter a successful film like 'Geethanjali', Anjali is once again acting in a female oriented film titled 'Chitrangadha'. 'Pilla Zamindar' fame Ashok.G is the director and Gangapatnam Sridhar is the producer of this film.
About 60 percent of the shooting has been completed. Producer says, "Though Anjali was approached for many lady oriented films, she accepted only our offer liking the story. This is a very different story like 'Geethanjali' with interesting elements. It is a thriller comedy and there will be elements which are not expected by the audiences. As per story, we have shot the major part in America and the balance songs will be shot in Europe and Kerala. We are planning to release the film in Summer and we are sure it will be another milestone in Anjali's career".
Swathi Dixit, Sapthagiri etc play another key roles. Selva Ganeshan is the music director.
