Amma Rajasekhar to Chiranjeevi

Choreographer turned director Amma Rajasekhar, whose debut film as a director ‘Ranam’, starring Gopichand and Kamna Jethmalani was a runaway hit at the box-office. Noted producer Pokuri Babu Rao on Eetharam Films Banner produced it. The success of the film helped him cement his position as a director in the film industry.

In a new and unexpected development, Chiranjeevi, who was mightily impressed with the story told by Amma Rajasekhar, has reportedly agreed to act in a forthcoming film to be directed by Rajasekhar.

Presently, Rajasekshar is directing an untitled film with Ravi Teja and Ileana in the lead roles. B.V.S.N.Prasad (of ‘Chatrapathi’ fame) is the producer.
