Highly paid Pooja Hegde for Akhil

The buzz doing the rounds in the Tinseltown is that Pooja Hegde has been zeroed in to play Akhil Akkineni's heroine in his upcoming movie directed by 'Bommarillu' Bhaskar.

Initially, Geetha Arts was not keen on a star heroine, given the constraints of budget. However, Akhil cajoled the banner into getting ambitious. Pooja is the heroine of big ticket outings featuring Prabhas and Allu Arjun after having romanced Mahesh Babu and NTR recently. One must say Akhil is lucky to have got her recruited.

The film has completed two schedules so far.

If music is by Gopi Sundar, cinematography is by V Manikandan. Editing is by Marthand K Venkatesh. Director Bhaskar has written the story and screenplay.
