Nivin Pauly is playing the title role in 'Kayamkulam Kochunni'  directed by Rosshan Andrrews based on the real life Robin Hood like figure in the early 19th century.  Amala Paul was signed on to play the female lead and her look in the movie was also released.

However for some unknown reason Amala Paul has walked out of 'Kayamkumal Kochunni' and Priya Anand has replaced her.  Priya has already gained huge appreciation for her debut role in Malayalam in 'Ezra' costarring Prithviraj.
