Mani Ratnam shocks Manchu Lakshmi

IndiaGlitz [Saturday, February 02, 2013]

Lakshmi Manchu seems to be taken aback at her role being cut down from the movie 'Kadali'. To her surprise, in the final output of the movie 'Kadali', a major role of her, including a song featuring her, 'Gijukunna' (Nenjukulle in 'Kadal') has been removed.

Though the song has come in the back ground featuring Gautham Karthik and Thulasi in the Telugu version, actually, it had been shot on Lakshmi.

But she says that, there would have been some reasons with Mani Ratnam for doing that and she could understand it. She adds that she has been very grateful for being a part of 'Kadali' and promised to come better the next time.
