Rajasekhar, famous Telugu and Tamil actor, celebrates his 51st birthday today. He is famous for his roles in 'Ankusam', 'Allari Priyudu', 'Evadaithe Naakenti' etc in Telugu.

Born on 4th February,1962 in Tamil nadu, he has debuted in Tamil movies first with Bharathi Raja's  'Nizhalgal' in 1980 and his first Telugu film is 'Vandemataram' in 1985.He is also a doctor by profession.

He is famous for his angry young man characters and has received the film fare 'best actor' award for his role in 'Ankusam' released in 1990.Apart from hero characters, he also played negative roles in many films and even directed some films in Tamil, combined with Robert.

Addressing the reporters, he says, "I have not done movies for a year. But I was busy as a doctor all this time. I have a plan to build a hospital in the near future".

He wishes to act in Hindi and says he is ready to act even in a negative role there

His upcoming film is 'Mahankali' under the direction of his wife Jeevitha and he says that he is excited about that project." My character looks like the one that is in 'Ankusam' and unlike in that movie, my acting seems natural", he says.

After Mahankali, my next movie is 'Arjuna' and I have signed two more movies, one of which will be directed by Madhan", he says.
