Zayn Malik have been in the news from the past couple of days for all the wrong reasons! The couple did a gender-fluid` clothing-line photo shoot for Vogue Magazine and they looked gorgeous as usual. But that wasn`t the issue.

It was the statements that they made in the interview caused an outrage in the online community.

Gender Fluid clothing is basically where a set of clothes are worn by all genders as a part of promoting the gender-fluid community.

When interviewed about what Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid thought about gender-fluid clothing and what was their take on it…

Their answer was as follows.

“I shop in your closet all the time, don't I?" Hadid said to Malik, who replies, "Yeah, but same ... What was that t-shirt I borrowed the other day?... I like that shirt. And if it's tight on me, so what? It doesn't matter if it was made for a girl."

"It's not about gender," Hadid said. "It's about, like, shapes. And what feels good on you that day. And anyway, it's fun to experiment."
She adds. Of course, the internet didn`t take that easily and termed Zayn`s and Gigi`s statement as dumb and out-of-the-point.

While the hatred towards the power couple because of the said issue was sky-rocketing, the collateral victim was Vogue as the magazine had to apologize for what happened.

“The story was intended to highlight the impact the gender-fluid, non-binary communities have had on fashion and culture” Vogue stated

“We are very sorry the story did not correctly reflect that spirit – we missed the mark.” Vogue apologized.

So, folks! That was the circus of Zigi`s controversial statements that made Vogue apologize to everyone.
