For Tollywood, this will be a soft and quiet Deepavali. There are very little fireworks in store on screen.

Only Ghajini,a dubbed film from Tamil, and Pandu are in the fray as festival release.

Pandu

Pandu stars Jagapathi Babu in a mass role. Sneha, who won a good name in Radha Gopalam and Sankranthi, is back with hopes as a heroine. For Jagapathi Babu, whose last film in his own name was a flop. this is an important film.

The film, produced by M L Kumar Choudhury, has a good word of mouth surrounding it.

The music is already doing well. Madhu Sharma will add more glamour to the proceedings.

Devi Prasad (director of films like Adutu Padutu and Leela Mahal Center) has wielded the megaphone.

Jagapathi Babu says that Pandu will be masala film with lot of family sentiments.

Ghajini

Ghajini is an out and out racy entertainer.

It is the dubbed version of the Tamil film of the same name. Ghajini is directed by Murugadoss, who is set to direct Chiranjeevi in a film named Stalin. So the expectations on this film are high.

The story is about a millionaire businessman who loses his lover to girl-traffickers. So he sets out to avenge her killing. But his problem is he is afflicted with the condition short-term memory loss. The fallout of this is he can't remember anything for more than 15 minutes. So how does he go about killing the villains?

Watch the film to know the answer.
