Jagame Thandhiram Trailer: Riveting, promising gangster flick

"Shankardada laga, manam oka London dada," says Dhanush's character towards the end of the riveting trailer for 'Jagame Thandhiram', which will start streaming on Netflix in both Telugu and Tamil from June 18. The direct-to-streamer release is a gangster actioner helmed by Karthik Subbaraj.

Dhanush plays a without-a-care-in-the-world gangster in this semi-comedy, which is set in Tamil Nadu's Madurai. Peter (James Cosmo), a gangster based in London, enlists him for a purpose. Peter wants to defeat Sivadoss (Joseph 'Joju' George), yet another gangster, at his own game. Throw in illegal weapons and gold business into the mix, and you have a heady cocktail.
