സോളാർ പീഡന കേസ് ഗൂഢാലോചന പരാതിയിൽ കെ ബി ഗണേഷ് കുമാർ നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാകണമെന്ന് ആവർത്തിച്ചു കോടതി. കേസ് അടുത്ത മാസം ആറാം തീയതിയിലേക്ക് മാറ്റി. ഗണേഷ് കുമാറും സോളാർ പീഡനക്കേസിലെ പരാതിക്കാരിയും നേരിട്ട് കോടതിയിൽ എത്താൻ ആയിരുന്നു കൊട്ടാരക്കര കോടതിയുടെ സമൻസ്. ഇതിനെതിരേ ഗണേഷ് കുമാർ ഹൈക്കോടതിയെ സമീപിച്ചെങ്കിലും ഹർജി തള്ളുകയായിരുന്നു.
അതേസമയം നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാകുന്നത് ഒഴിവാക്കണം എന്ന ആവശ്യവുമായി ഗണേഷ് കുമാർ സുപ്രീം കോടതിയെ സമീപിച്ചേക്കും. സോളാർ കേസ് പ്രതിയുടെ പീഡന ആരോപണ പരാതിയിൽ ഉമ്മൻ ചാണ്ടിയുടെ പേര് ഗൂഢാലോചനയിലൂടെ എഴുതിച്ചേർത്തതാണെന്ന് സി.ബി.ഐ കണ്ടെത്തി. സോളാർ പരാതിക്കാരിയും കെ ബി ഗണേഷ് കുമാർ എം.എൽ.എയും അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്‍റെ ബന്ധു ശരണ്യ മനോജുമാണ് ഗൂഢാലോചനയ്ക്ക് പിന്നിലെന്നാണ് സി.ബി.ഐ കണ്ടെത്തല്‍.
