Come Friday, long-standing arch-rivals Mulayam Singh Yadav and Mayawati will share the dais in Uttar Pradesh's Mainpuri. They both have ruled India's most populous State at different times.

The joint rally tomorrow will see them share the dais and it's going to be a sight to behold for sure. They want to send out the message to the UP electorate that the SP-BSP-RLD alliance is coherent.

There have been reports that Mulayam is utterly unhappy with his son Akhilesh Yadav's decision to team up with BSP for the Lok Sabha polls. Earlier this year, he even said in the Lok Sabha that he would like to see the return of Narendra Modi as the PM.

This election, Mulayam doesn't want the BSP to grow in strength at the expense of SP.
